Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties

The different estate, established at Waterloo Street, are going to be the location of a brand-new hotel following the Handwritten Collection Brand Name. The 502-key real estate is the second in Singapore under the Handwritten Collection brand, complying with the kick off of Resort Faber Park Singapore– Handwritten Collection in late 2023.

“These new commercial properties are going to let us to continue curating enriching experiences for our visitors and further diversify our reception offerings in Singapore,” adds Fragrance Group’s Koh.

The collaboration currently has a portfolio of 17 hotels in Singapore, five in Australia and three in the UK. The hotels are under brand names for example, MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.

The finalizings for the three brand-new hotels are the most up to date in Accor’s established alliance with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels, both of that are acquired by Koh Wee Meng, chairman of Fragrance Team.

One of the two brand-new properties stands at Hoe Chiang Roadway. It will definitely house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the leading Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific area. It is going to also house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key lodging targeted at visitors finding expanded visits.

Multinational accommodation member Accor has recently inked an agreement with Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open up 2 new-build real estates that will house three hotels. All 3 hotels are going to be release by 2027.
